I go to Scooter’s regularly, probably more often than I should, and I’ve actually been happy with how the rewards work in the app. The points seem to show up quickly after I order, and it doesn’t feel like one of those reward programs where you have to buy a million things before you get anything back. I’ve already been able to grab free drinks a few times without feeling like I waited forever to earn them. It makes my usual coffee runs feel a little easier to justify, especially when everything feels expensive these days. It’s just a nice little perk if you’re already stopping by anyway

I like the cozy feel at Scooters. It’s clean inside, not too noisy, and it’s the kind of place where you can sit for a bit without feeling rushed. The staff always seems relaxed too, which makes the whole vibe nicer. I do wonder a little about how consistent the quality is, since the coffee can feel just okay depending on the day, but overall it’s a nice place when I want a calm little break.

They handled my order well overall, but I did get frustrated with how long I had to wait. Once things finally got moving, everything was fine, but the waiting part definitely could’ve been better...

Grabbed a latte thinking it’d be a nice little treat. First sip was… not great. Kind of watery, and then this burnt taste hit at the end. I kept trying it, hoping it would get better, but yeah. Just tasted off.

They gave me the wrong drink at first which was a little annoying because I was already on my way and had to stop to figure it out, but once I let them know they fixed it later without making a big deal about it and I appreciated that they handled it nicely in the end.

I stop here before work a lot, and they always get my drink out really quick. Even when there's a line, it moves fast. I definitely appreciate that

I don’t usually get around to writing reviews because I’m always busy or forgetting, but I wanted to mention that the people there were really nice. Super friendly and easy to deal with.

I like ordering from Scooters because I can mess with my drinks without it turning into some annoying pain in the ass. Extra shot, less ice, different milk, sugar-free flavors, whatever, it’s all easy to pick. My usual iced latte still tastes good even when I change it up, which is nice because some places somehow screw that up. The staff seems to actually read the custom notes too, so it’s a solid spot when I want something a little different

So my drink came out wrong, and I was irritated at first because, you know, you’re looking forward to what you ordered and then it’s just not that. I reached out to them, not really expecting much, but they actually got back to me quickly, apologized, and sorted it out with a replacement. It wasn’t the smoothest experience from the start, but the way they handled it made a big difference. I’d give them another shot for sure.

I’ve had a good experience with their hours for the most part. I usually stop in before work a few times a week, and they’re typically open right when the posted schedule says they will be. There was one morning where they seemed to be running a little late, which was mildly inconvenient, but it hasn’t been a recurring issue. Overall, reliable and no major complaints from me...

The drinks are good overall, and I’d probably stop by if I was just grabbing a quick coffee or something simple. That said, if I’m planning to hang out for a while or want a little snack with my drink, the menu feels a bit limited. I’d love to see more food options and maybe some seasonal drinks or specials more often to keep things interesting

The line moved faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise, and my latte was actually good. Not bad at all for a place I didn’t have super high hopes for.

I like Scooter’s, I do. But they’re out of something almost every time now. Drinks. Food. Flavors. The staff is nice, but it’s annoying driving over just to choose a backup. The app/menu needs to be updated better

Most of the time my latte tastes just the same, which I really like. There was one day where it was a little off, but overall it’s been good.

I’ve been grabbing drinks here a lot recently, the last few I’ve had were really good. The prices are still easy on my wallet, and the app deals make it feel even more worth it.

I go to Scooter’s mostly because the one near me is just so easy to swing into and get back out of. It’s right along my usual route, so I don’t have to convince myself to make some extra detour just for coffee. Maybe I’m giving it too much credit just because it’s convenient, but that matters a lot to me. The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is that the drive-thru can get a little backed up during the busy morning rush. Still, it works well for me overall, and I end up stopping there often.

Payment went through really quickly, and adding a tip was simple too. I didn’t have to mess around with a bunch of steps, just tapped and it was done. that feels fair for everyone: quick for me, and easy to leave a proper tip when the service is good

I found the app really easy to use, and checkout was super quick. Compared to some other apps I’ve tried that feel clunky or take too many steps, this one was simple and hassle-free. No issues at all

The coffee was fine, but the breakfast sandwich was kind of dry and tasted a little stale. The muffin was, like, way too sweet for me too. Not the worst experience or anything, but for the price, I guess I just expected it to be better
